First min was unbroken and I got 122 which was a PR by 4. I have a goal of 300 in 3min and was on track at 2min but got gassed by the end. Soon.
100 Lunges – 5:39

KB Thrusters @ 24kg – 71 (sorry coach!)
Sprints: best time 5.43, worst time 5.75
Box Jump: 41 in max (PR)
Broad Jump: 88 in max (PR)
10 min AMRAP: ~3 rounds (stupid back spasms)
Loved watching the new kids in the free class today! Forgot how hard even the first workout is…
PR’ed my push press 1RM today — 165#.
Sprints: best time 5.51, worst time 6.00. My previous best was 5.90, so this was a nice surprise.
Box jump: 36″(?).
Broad jump: 79.5″.
Both PRs, but only because it was the first time I’d done either one. The box jumps were tough, definitely a big mental challenge.
10min AMRAP: 3 RDS + (5/10/15/10). So close to four.
Hello from Southwestern Ontario, Canada!
I visited Crossfit London with my father today. They’re really nice there! They have everybody warm up on their own with sit-ups, hip extensions, pull-ups, press, and OHS. And then after a while, everybody does the WOD together. Here’s today’s WOD…
For time:
400m run
21 box jumps (28/24)
12 dead lifts (80kg/60kg)
400m run
21 tuck jumps
12 kettle bell swings (1.5 pood / 1 pood)
400 m run
21 double unders
12 SDHP (2 pood / 1.25 pood)
Here’s what I did:
400m run
21 box jumps (step up, step down)
21 dead lifts (88#)
400m run
21 air squats
21 kettle bell swings (16kg)
400m run (walked with my father)
21 double unders
12 SDHP (16kg)
=> 16:30
No that’s not a typo in my workout. I accidentally thought that all the reps were supposed to be 21, not 12 (until the SDHP); so I accidentally did more than I was supposed to! ACK! Ah well…

He was watching me; but it was a class of 12 people, and he had two newbies (one was my father!) to watch also. I think he was more concerned about my father than me. 😉
