7:30am Zombie Apocalypse Run:
~8 mile weighted run from Park Slope (6th ave and 9th) to Midtown (6th ave and 55th) (7.5lbs / 5lbs): ~1:15 rx
Amazing how lucky we are to be in Brooklyn – there was no electricity that I saw from Brooklyn Bridge all the way to 5th ave and 27th St. From 27th to Rock Center, electricity was sporadic. Most stoplights were completely out.
Great job on your Run!! Sounds like a lot of fun.
