Pace yourself here, we’re doing seven sets of three. Increase the load each time, even if you’re only adding 2.5lb plates each time.
Meghan: 3 rounds for time of:
50 K.B. Swings (M24kg/F16kg)
50 AbMat sit ups
25 Burpees

Meghan 18:45 as Rx’d, although I didn’t check my watch at the start…
I also did the CFE endurance WOD, which was:
1min on, 3min off at max intensity for 6 rounds, on the C2:
315meters – 314m – 315m – 317m – 315m – 317m
This was SOOOO much harder than I thought it would be. Awesome workout.
Really:) Had a hard time on the burpees. I never looked at the clock until i finished.
