8 Minutes of Squat/Upper/Lower Body Mobility (click links for details)
A- WU- 2 RNFT of @ 70-85% RPE: 1 WallWalk (inchworm)/250M Row/5 K2E (hanging knee raise)/10 Squat Jump (air squat)
B- Squat- 10 Minutes WU To 90% + 2 @90% Every 2 Minutes For 5 Rounds or 10 Total Reps (Tempo: 2/0/X/1)
C- Partner WOD => Beauty in the Struggle = 18 Minute AMRAP of:
400M Run/250M Row/amrap: D.B. Man Makers (45/25#x2 or 25/15#x2)
Notes: In teams of 2/while partner a runs 400m, partner b will complete 250m+amrap man maker/partial reps will count, when partner a starts man maker, they will begin where partner b left off/Score= total # of man makers
