Hand Stand Walk- 10 Minutes Practicing this skill
Team WOD- 16 Rounds (8 Each) of: 175 M Row/12 Box Jumps (24/20″) (Score = Total Time/30 Minute Cap/Only One Athlete Works at a Time/Female/Male in that order)
