8 Minutes of: Back/ Hip/ Calve/ Shoulder Mobility
1 Mile Indian Group Run
Hang Power Clean + Press (strict)- 3+1 Max Effort (15 Minute Cap)
LowBar Squat– 18 Minutes To Establish A Heavy Double (90 Seconds Rest Between Efforts)
6 Minute AMRAP of: 5 Ring Dip/10 T2B

Thanks Tammy and Coach Iz!!! During my last 4 months at Crossfit 718, I’ve taken my skills to a new level and it was made possible by all of the awesome coaches at the box. It was a pleasure working with/ learning from/ and competing against all of you. Out of all of the boxes I’ve been a part of, Crossfit 718 has been my favorite. There’s no elitist attitude; only a sense of community and a desire to become better every single day, which is made possible by everyone at Crossfit 718. The next 4 years of my life will be an adventure, but I most certainly look forward to it. Good luck with everything and keep training hard!!!
