100 KB swings russian styl 20KG 3:39 broke it down 50- 25- 15- 10. If the bell was a bit warmer I may have kept going but my hands were numb. Vivion, when are you going to get thos coosi’s
Overhead squat 115/ 135/ 145 felt good with these and may have been able to get 155 but my shoulders are still sore from snatchign the other day. I did the good mornings and subbed pull ups for the GHR I didn’t want to kill my hammies in front of a 13 miler tomorrow. Nice work today Good progress Walter, you are gainling elasticity every day. I was getting deeper in my squats than usual. Yay! But I just couldn’t keep 65# above my head. 🙁
Instead of GHRs I did cat-cows.

OHS 3/3/3/3/3 45/55/65/65/75 (depth wasn’t great on 1st set of 65 so I repeated it before I upped the weight)
In place of GHR/Good mornings I did supermans and cobra stretch, my back is being a total bitch this week so I tried to be smart about modifying so as not to make it worse (as much as I enjoyed gymnastics wed night, kipping t2b and sit-ups were not a smart choice for me!!)
