I loved this wod! Mainly because I had more energy today than I’ve had in a long time! :o)
Warm up: The tumbling exercises down the mat took me back to my childhood, plus made me so dizzy that I could barely do the box jumps afterwards, so I had to walk a few times. Whew! Fun though!

I used a black band for the muscle ups and a green band for the ring dips. I think I can finally graduate that black band! Yay! I felt great on the push press! 100 @ 35LB and 1K row. Unfortunately, I didn’t log my time. I was so tired after the row, I didn’t even look at the clock. :o(
