i was gluten-free for 5 days straight and just caved to homemade cookies ( i might have had 3) 10 minutes later i got a massive headache and felt really tired. make sense?
Imagine that getting headaches from homemade cookies. I still don’t think that would keep me away. I never imagined Gluten would have such a bad effect on circulatory and nervous system I always equated it to a gastrointestinal issue. Looks like Iz was ahead of me on this. headaches suck but at least you have isolated the cause.
