How is everyone doing on Paleo? any changes? anyone cheated yet??
I started getting some cravings for some cookies, but other than that I’m good, feel great. One more week to go!
Your almost at the finish line, stay strong… I should have taken the paleo challenge!!! I think I’ll start my own challenge… kudos to everyone that has been doing it… keep up the great work… you’re at the home stretch!
Oh and so far I’ve taken the Endurance class which I loveee and something that I need to work on! and Gymnastics is very good too! 🙂
oh and how can you forget about my love for Mobility!
I have only tried strength so far and it was great! Don’t take away gymanstics or endurance… I realy want to try those as well. Sensei enjoys the olympic lifting classes… and the both of us need to get to mobility…it’s much needed!
I have tried all but the endurance and I love them!
KB class and o-lifting are great workouts and really good at perfecting your form. I like that they tend to run smaller too so we can have more individual attention and thus pay closer attention to our form.
I also really enjoyed gymnastics – especially that each class is devoted to a topic and/ or very specific exercise. I found that I have improved at other exercises because of it ( like working on only the kip – I now have stronger pullups and T2B, and hollow body form helps w my HSPUs)
The only thing is that I really want to get to an open gym to work on my many goats… but they are at the weirdest times if you work the full day. Can we have more open gyms on the weekends? Maybe after an AM WOD?
Open gym at 7 or 8 am on saturday or sunday would be good.
your out of your mind! I have a life! Maybe if some of our coaches would like to volunteer! 🙂
I was thinking more along the lines of 12 pm / 1 pm after the main 9-11 morning WODs.
