Squat (working to 1RM) – 5@45, 3@75, 2@95, 2@115, 1@125, 1@135F (this is my max)
10min AMRAP: 7 squats @95lbs/7 chest to bar pullups (red band) = 4 rounds +7+1

Someday I’ll be able to do unlimited classes! But for now I must ration… So, I stayed home and played with my new kettlebells.

Ah, this is life!!! I LOVE CROSSFIT 718!!!! Finally back, and it feels great!
5 rounds of 1 minute each 20′ bear crawl and kb waiters walk (modified @ 8 kg) first 3 rounds were ok… Then the other rounds my arms slightly bent on the w.w. Thanks Coach Tammyli, Sensei, Jose for cheering me on! Coach Iz you always helping me with my form, I love that so much about you… No matter what your doing… Even a huge scientific fitness like experiment per say… Your always watching over us… DEDICATION!
Which brings me to the next part of the WOD: 5 rounds of 40 yard sprints and 20 each OH walking lunges with 25 lb plate. So no one had a watch and Coach Tammyli ran super de duper ridunkulously fast to get one… Ahem, DEDICATION! Sprints were fine best was 6.5 and worst was 9 sec (that’s pretty bad) OH lunges… I don’t want to talk about those. I got through!
3 1 min ring rows. I had 10 lb weight briefly on me followed by a 5 lb weight… I did better without weights, this was the first time I didn’t modify these. Was fun to watch the fit doublemint twins do these. Thanks for helping me Chrystie… Coach Tammyli and Marina for pushing me… Sensei for cheering me on. All the girls did great!
Great night tonight, girls night rocks! feel like I have fallen but I’m one WOD closer to getting back and better. Home sweet home, ah so much better

You were missed. Marina and Chrystie are the doublemint twins. Their feet were together during the ring rows, so cute until they put the weights on… Then it was so diesel! Feel better!
