Lol. I think I said yesterday, “We don’t do Barbara.” And not in a, “we don’t get to do Barbara,” kinda way.
Wait so Barbara is your fault??

I don’t remember my warmup time, but Barbs was 51 mins rx’d. It felt about as OK as something like that can feel, but I could have definitely done better on the pushups, as usual.
One thing I noticed, for another time, try to keep your elbows in on your push ups. Don’t let them go wide. This will load up your shoulders in a much better way.

Did one round of Barbara as a warmup today. 5 min and change. Didn’t want to kill my shoulder with all those pullups and pushups so I didn’t want to do any more than that.
