On the Minute for 9 minutes: 15 Double Unders / 3 Burpees:
Probably my best set(s) of DU’s ever – completed each round with plenty of time to spare. This was not possible 1-2 months ago.
Three 5 minute rounds of: Row 250M Row / then in remainder of time AMRAP of: 20 KB Swings (16/24)/10 Goblet Squats (16/24);90 Seconds rest between rounds:
2 full rounds + 10 kb swings / 2 full rounds / 2 full rounds + 12 kb swings. (all kb swings and goblet squats were at 16kg except the first 11 kb swings at 20kg). This workout was exhausting.
6 Rounds of: Max Effort Weighted Plank (45lbs) 90 seconds cap per round; 1 min rest between rounds:
Only did 5 rounds, and had difficulty towards the end – last plank had no weight, yet could not even go full 90 secs.
We are going to learn to ‘lever’ our way to success! Barbara should not interfere… too much. (;
Don’t forget tonight will be registration for the CrossFit Open! I believe it is only $10 to register, and will be a lot of fun. Even if you don’t think you will make it to regionals, it is a lot of fun to compete with all the other athletes around the world.

Round3- Row + 1 Round + 20 KB Swing + 9 G Squats
All @ 24kg

As for paleo, I had 3 great weeks and learned a lot, felt great and performed well. But then fell off hard during vacation.
Dropped 7 lbs and pr’d my 2k row and 1 mile run.
Next time I’ll try to get through the whole month!
I did the wod with @24 kg, but only in the first round could do two rounds.
