Shout out to Patty, Hank and Shante for signing up for the “15.1 Open Wod” tonight at 8 p.m. These 3 athlete will be experiencing Crossfit in its purist form: As an Unkown. They will all learn the WOD with the rest of the world and attack it head on. There are still 2 more spots left as of 9am today so you can still participate in the WOD.
