Nice change-up from the last 2 days
5 rounds of 200M Row; 1minute rest between efforts –
all times between 54-56 seconds, though we did 250m.
Tabata- Ring Row – lost count
Bent Row- 3/3/3 (Max Effort) – 85/105/125
Floor Press- 5/5/5/5/5 each side (HBD) – all at 12 kg.
