Didnt make the required amount of DU in 6 minutes, needs alotta work, WOD was good, but tweaked my back a lil bit, went light on the thrusters, but lost my form , im guessin thats why I tweaked my back, otha then that im feeling it in my legs and shoulders…gonna take off a couple of days to rest my back ..i’ll be back Monday well rested and ready to go back at it again..I aim to increase my mental intensity, and physical endurance..anyhow thanks Coach IZ for the push..
Shout out to Rachel for getting the top female rx’d time today! 29:18 if memory serves me right! Told her she needed to brag, but humble to the last rep.
