B- Bench Press- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Triple
C- 21/15/9 RFT of: Push Up/Calorie Row
*D- Glute Ham Curl– 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3 (Tempo: 2/1/X/1) or Glute Bridge– 150 Reps in as few sets as possible.
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.
