C- Sumo DeadLift- 15 Minutes To A Heavy Double

C- Felt easy, thought I was getting stronger, then realized my math was dramatically incorrect.
But I’m still getting stronger.
D- 4 rounds + 20
I need my own rope.
14.4 sucks! Lol
Another fun night at the box. This open has been a blast so far….but extremely tough. I gave it all i had tonight and im happy with my effort….but not happy with my score. I was hoping to get atleast halfway through the cleans….but only got 1. It felt so much heavier than 135#.
Nevertheless, i am very sad that there is only 1 week left of the open. It flew by. Gonna feel lost when its all over.
Good luck to everyone doing 14.4 this weekend. Kill it!

D- 9 Minute AMRAP of: 40 Double Unders/12 Ring Push Ups: 5 Rds + 40DU + 11 PU: so close to 6 but couldn’t count the last rep
The team went beast mode and did awesome tonight. Ton of fun to watch and cheer on. This workout looks crazy tough and you guys crushed it.
By the way – that last sumo deadlift was @ 335. My bad.

Good night again- everyone did amazing and really pushed themselves. Think I’m gonna give this a shot on Sunday…dreaming of muscle ups- haha!
Nice work Tina. I love that my Sumo Deadlift is your Hang Power Clean… Guess it gives me something to shoot for :o)
Things I now realize:
(1) Tom and I deadlifted 335, not 325 like I said at the time (2) It was 12 ring push ups per round, not 16 (3) this “chipper” is an awful, terrible thing.

The Thursday night viewing party is a really good time. The comp team hit it hard, nobody should be disappointed with their performance. Inspiring stuff guys.
