He got 158 reps, BUT his little brother had miscounted his round of 21 and told him that it was time for the pull ups BUT he had only done 20 reps. He ONLY got 146 reps and his brother is no longer a judge.

Had to cancel this a.m. after hurting my foot while running yesterday. I’m so mad – this was my kind of WOD too. For now it doesn’t appear to be anything serious, I hope to be back tomorrow or Wed at the latest. Hope you guys crushed it today..

Alright, time to get serious about training again!
Did the mile run and 3 rounds in 15:47. That was brutal. My mile was 6:25. I need to get running again, I want that under 6 mins soon.
Rope climbs – 4 each minute. Did one every 15 seconds.
Worked on my pike pushups with Kurt today, because I want HSPUs, and I don’t have them at all right now. I can’t let my arm stand in my way anymore! Anyway, I did 3-5-5-5-5 pikes. Good form.
Then Kurt and I did a WOD he put together.
12 min AMRAP of:
12 Deadlift 95#
9 hang power clean 95#
6 push press 95#
I got 7 rounds + 12+9+1. Grip destroyer! Then I mobilized before the nooner. I really need to get serious about mobility too. Bring on the weaknesses!!!
