6 RNFT shoulder presses dus. @95 7-4-6-6-3-4 for a total of 30
DU’s are coming along I hit two of those sets unbroken,
Holy crap that was a lot of lunges. Got through about 165 per leg, (so 330 total) before we ran out of time.
Ball slams, ~20 per round. Cool excercise, it’s like training for baseball again.
Run 800M @ 75% RPE- I rowed 1k @ 4:14
6 RNFT of: 20 Double Unders/Max effort: Strict Press (95/65)- 41 reps, my double unders need some work first set I got unbroken than it was 2- 3 at a time very frustrating but I will get it back
200 Walking Lunge- slow & steady cheated a little bit using my arm for leverage on my Right knee but otherwise I got this done. and I feel pretty damned good
Tabata- Lateral Wall Slams (15/20lbs- 11- 13 per round, I liked workignon the chain gang.

6 RNFT: First 3 rounds of presses at 95: 6/5/2, switched to 75: 8/7/6. I should have done something like 80ish the whole way through, I think. DU’s felt…ok. Could have been better.
