    Dreamt about this workout last night- never a good sign. We recently redid it and I did pretty well so I’m scared not to do that well again. The real fear sets in- not wanting to let yourself down. Sometimes the open is too stressful for someone not even getting close to regionals 🙁

    Awesome job tonight! I’ve never seen a group of people push to the point of exhaustion and then some. Pumped me up. Also, thanks for the push. Really needed it. Let’s play again next week!

      I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited as when you got these last two reps in for the round of 16 with 2 seconds to spare- the energy in the box at that moment was on fire! If there was a picture or video that captured that moment it would have been nothing but Crossfit community baby! Good job to you and to everyone tonight!

    Came into this one with a bad attitude and zero confidence.

    However, once again Cory got my mind right, thanks bud. And all of the mid-WOD support from the rest of the crew made it much easier to push through. Also Marcos, good call. Much happier now than I would have been trying to sneak it in on Monday.

    114 = +38 from last year’s 76 performance. That’s progress.

    I’M NOT DOING THAT AGAIN.

    Oh yeah, and my BS aside, awesome to see a ton of amazing performances live and on the board today, and especially those posted here. So many personal bests and big jumps over last year!

    But I still don’t want to do that again.

    Word on not doing that again. Don’t think anyone has the hands to anyway.

    These PR’s are all insane. Coaches, programming and hard work paying off

    Sad I missed Mike tear the house down but the energy in that place really does make a huge difference. Every time you start to crack you just hear another person cheering for you that you just don’t wanna let down
