no idea how many double unders in warm up but getting better at them and have done more than 10 unbroken. It is fun to get those unbroken and saves so much time. as for the WOD
front squats crush the wrist. 3 rep max 135/ 155/175/185/ 195
was a little shallow on the last round but managed to get it done. Jacinto would be encouraging me to get the ass to the rubber

Due to my lysdexia (see what I did there?) I did 3 sets of 5 rep front squats. 135/165/195 then 4 reps of 225 (was not feeling it)
Games WOD – 66reps Not too thrilled with that…really wanted more OHS but that is probably my weakest exercise. Next time. And thanks to those who were cheering me on – much appreciated.

205 was both my 1 RM and 3 RM so I PR’ed both of those – made me feel a little bit better. I am pretty sure if I hadn’t just finished the games WOD I could have pushed out that 3rd rep @ 225.
