A- WU- 200M Run @ 50-90% RPE
B- Snatch + Pause OHS (Tempo:2/2/X/1)- 5 Minutes WU + 15 Minutes To A Max For The Complex
C- Clean + Front Squat + Jerk- 15 Minutes To A Max For The Complex
D- 4 Minutes To WU OHS/Pull Up + Reebok CrossFit 2014 Regionals Event #7= For Time: 64 Pull Ups/8 OHS (205/135) OR For Time: 64 Pull Ups/8 OHS (185/115) OR For Time: 64 Pull Ups/8 OHS (135/95) OR For Time: 64 Ring Rows/8 OHS (115/75) OR For Time: 64 Ring Rows/8 OHS (95/65) -6 Minute Cap
Notes: Choose the version that will allow you to complete as much as possible with good form and intensity/ An additional Scale you could use is 4-5 Minutes Pull Up Practice + 1-2 Minutes To complete OHS/ Score= Time to complete or # of Reps completed in time cap.

I wish. I haven’t OHS in a while. Not sure how that’s going to feel.
Not happy with my scaled weight! Went too light, don’t make that mistake
Well Tammy really wanted me to do this Rx and I tried my best but 135# felt like a million pounds after 64 pullups..tried 3 times and failed, so finally decided to drop to a manageable weight like 115# which still provided a challenge.
You got me so scared, that I think I went too light, 105# was too easy
