DAMN I LOVE CROSSFIT AND I DON’T CARE ABOUT WHAT ANYBODY SAYS!!!!! Loved working out outside with people walking by and thinking we are NUTSO!!
Also, had 3 people talk to me when I was on the farmers walk asking how heavy my KBs were, one guy asked if I needed help…LMAO
Warmup: 400 m run
KB Snatch/windmill – 37 @8k
2 RFT: 400 m Farmers Walk & 50 KB Swings – walked with 16k my first walk and 50 swings, second walk was with 12kg + had 40 burpee penalty LOL
10 min: Monkey bars/low hurdles – these were so much fun, even with my hands hurting SOOOO much, I almost ripped my caluses, I kept going 🙁
I’m ready to check myself into the CA (crossfit anonymous ;)) haha

45 w/ 16kg bell. Took it nice and slow here, could have gone faster, but didn’t want to blow out my grip for the next part.
Farmer’s Walk / KB swings
24kg KBs
20:22 including the burpees. Had to do 15, dropped once during the first set of swings, once on the second walk, and once on the second set of swings. First walk was unbroken, but hard as hell!
Did 10 monkey bar crosses and hurdles at the end. Hands are dead now! Awesome job everyone, great day!!!

WOD Farmers Walk & KB Swing – 20:59 including my 15 burpees. Man that was hard. Freaking hilarious Marina that someone asked if you needed help. haha Some lady screamed at us that we were doing a “great job” AND a news camera guy showed up and filmed us for a while. We could all be famous. I think it was channel 24 but I don’t have cable anyways.
Monkey Bars – 8 times across. who needs skin on their hands anyway right. OUCH

Farmers walk .. 21:35 hands still recovering from the last games Wod, Coach Iz has a picture of my torn up hands I am wondering if the picture will surface on the homepage?
Also wondering if the results will be posted I like seeing how everyone is doing on these open Wods. They have been challenging to say the least.
10 min AMRAP of tire flips and hurdle jumps, no idea how many rounds lets just say a ton because thats how we do it in Primetime !!

So, i’m finally giving into the pressure of peerdom… and blogging! Yeah!
So that workout was, um… agony. I’ve been sorer, but I definitely pushed it on the weight. It would have been tough with the 12kg KBs for me, but the 16kg’s definitely put me on the edge.
16:45, I think, plus 25 burpees. Fortunately I was able to lift my arms today, so I didn’t have to resort to moving the mouse with a pencil stuck between my teeth. 😉
