Any Volunteers??
If you’re looking for a way to hang with your Crossfit 718 team, plus help your community and those in need, then join our volunteer group starting in June. Each quarter, we’ll post a new volunteer opportunity to the blog. This could be anything from planting trees in one of our parks, to helping feed the homeless. Opportunities are boundless! Once the volunteer opportunity is posted, and you’re interested, all you have to do is sign up with Tammyli and the rest is up to us. It’s a great way to work together as a team to do something for our community. Fit people working together to help others! Julie A is the Team Coordinator 🙂

Disregard the butt wink advice. A butt wink can simply mean you are not focusing on keeping your lower back in contraction. Work harder and spread the knees. The butt wink will go away eventually, and as long as you keep your lower back nice and tight… you have nothing to worry about.
