So we did the KB Snatch reps per arm (180 Total)
Push ups were pretty legit today feeling good
Ring Rows are getting better, but so hard to complete full ROM once fatigued.
I stink on the cleans I can’t commit to getting underneath them. Got 175 and failed on 185 3 times. I will practice and get it. Met con used the 44 # KB for first 3 rounds then scaled to the 16 KG bell. 21:40 seconds I think abotu 6 seconds slower than Mike M .
