C- Clean + Front Squat- Max For The Complex + 1@95/90% -18 Minute Cap
D- Tabata- Bottom To Bottom Air Squat

Missed a bunch of reps, but when you are surrounded by good peple and a great supoort system, nothing else matters.. Always good times
Did Isabel today for the 1st time Rx and it felt good. Got 4:32 and I don’t know if that’s a decent time, but I thought it was gonna take a lot longer so happy with that. The rest of the day workout wise kinda sucked, but some days are good and same just aren’t.
