Just noticed on the page it says 135 lbs but when I spoke to coach he said 155 lbs …. I did 155 …. Get some
5 rounds of Cindy/1 Clean and Jerk @ 155lbs + 4 rounds of Cindy/2 C&J + 3 Rounds of Cindy/3 C&J + 2 rounds of Cindy/4 C&J + 1 rounds of Cindy/5 C&J
warmed up with a nice 400 m dash and 50 lunges with the 45 lb weight over head in 4:32 then did the wod in 33:07 . I did it at 155# Iz were we supposed to do it at 135#. all that extra work I love it.
Great Job guys!! All early in the morning too!! Lets see how we do at 10am….

Today I used a black band with pink spots all over it..
W/E man Band assisted is Band assisted, it is still MODIFIED …
