Did some power snatches because it was feeling good

Underestimated how long the 100 K2E/MC/FK would take, so I only did 50 of each before I ran out of time.
50 of each = 5:35
After class I played around with max height box jump, and PRd at 42 inches! That’s three 45lb plates on top of the 36″ box. 🙂

There was a lot of failing on my snatches. I think I needed to slow down in the beginning and dial in my balance. So damn close on that 135#! I did hit 130# a couple of days ago, but 135# is sooo close!
The 100s of hell with ring k2e in 11:42.
