245/255/275/285/315 failed/ 315 failed/ 305 failed . KB swings ruined my chances plus I think i went too heavy too fast with the 5 reps and 3 reps. did a light 500 M row to warm up. I like the deadlifts and was dissapointed I couldn’t match my 1 rep max PR. next time. Good times

Decided to run a half marathon today in the rain to see if I could do it. I could… 2:07.15. Unfortunately, the distance was only 12.54. I thought I had planned out 13.2, but psyched that I was able to just go out and get some.
