It sucks to be ‘gentle’ with 135# cleans as to not wake up your neighbors. Oh, well. Easily could have shaved off at least two minutes or more if I didn’t live on the 6th floor of an old, large apartment building.
Did you hang rings from the ceiling?
I have a door frame pull up bar that came with little handle rings. It gets the job done.
