Did this Rx’d, because I wanted to work on the strength aspect of it.
Took me a little over 39 minutes total. Ended up being 5 PC, 10 FS, 5 C&J because I can’t string together the jerks at that weight. So lots of extra work for me. 🙁
All in all though, I loved it.

Warm up- only 50 DU in 3 minutes. I need to work on this.
Hammer!!! 45LB and I used the black band for pull ups. I need to work on my pull ups too. However, much easier than the last time!
Total time 21:18. Then 400 meter jog. Fun night! I have to say, I am wiped after work, but when I get to the box, my energy rejuvenates!

27:40 I started off as rxed for the first round and dropped 20 lbs to do the rest of the WOD at 115#. next time. I will get it. also need to work on kipping and pull ups. Fun WOD though 58 DU’s in 3 minutes

29 minutes… My fastest round was 2:54. On the last round, I lost my focus and started “half-assing it” aka running my mouth and ended up w/ a 5:46.
