Really worked on form here, made sure to finish each jerk in a good controlled position before dropping the weight. Felt OK.

“Grace” …. scaled the old girl up to 155lbs did it in …. 3:18 PR
Did the first ten unbroken, I cant wait for this to come up again I want to try it at 135.
Did the MU/Squat/DU workout from the other day got six rounds and one MU
Then did the 400m/500m with Aaron …. 11:03 … nice workout legs felt like jello getting off the C2.
I know, I want to see Primetime do it at 135# too. Nice job to you too, brother! I love to see how much we’ve come in such a short time!
Seriously though, a sub-4 min 155# Grace? Damn…
Grace 4:08 at 65LB. I probably can do heavier next time. We’ll see though…
My run/row was slow. My left hamstring always tightens up on me. 16:20. I had a blast tonight and always good to see my peeps! Have a wonderful weekend!

We finished up with Annie but my shorts were falling off and messing me up and about 15 DU into my 30 round the rope fell apart – FAIL.
