5 Min Hip Mobility
20 Min AMRAP of: 200M M.B.Run/12 Wall Ball (20/14)/6 Plyo Push Ups (on medicine ball) – 7 rounds
TGU- 1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1 each (Max Effort) – all at 12kg. I was too weak/sore to go any higher.
Back Extension- 10/10/10
My upper back is still a little stiff, but the Advil is helping a little. Hopefully i’m good for Friday.
I was sooo excited to get back to the box tonight! Ryan watched Olivia while I trotted down for my first workout since April 1st! Yes. It was two months.
20 min AMRAP => 4 rounds + 200m run + 6 w.b.
I used a 12# med ball. I did regular (modified) push ups (w/ knees). I started slow but maintained my pace (I think!).
TGUs. I couldn’t do them pregnant and now because of some mild injuries sustained during labour, I still can’t do them. Some preggies can. I couldn’t and can’t. YET!
So I did 10/10/10 pelvic tilts instead.
10/10/10 hip extensions were fine.
6.5 weeks postpartum!

6 Rounds for me on the metcon. I don’t know how the hell you guys did 8. Seriously impressive.
Did all 10 TGU’s at 16kg, and this was tough.
