21/15/9 OHS 75#/burpees
burpees were a bad idea after the 150 push ups!
So I did this one on Thursday May 5th, with the 7 pm class… My time was 36:08
After the first run, in the middle of my push-ups, I began to feel nauseous. Just like last Wednesday, during the bar-burpees. It occurred to me that it might be my food allergies. So I’m gonna blame those. And not my own lack of endurance. Yeah, that’s it. 😉
BUT I DIDN’T QUIT!!
