I was just happy to climb that wall
Flip that tire and jump up on that 32″ box.
Didnt think I had it in me but I did
In time I will learn to climb that rope and do some unassisted pullups
Then I will be ready to go zombie hunting
This is addictive!

AWESOME WOD today.
So somehow I managed to get the exact same score on all three rounds of this Zombie WOD.
Box = 24
Sled = 3
Tire = 5
Rope = 3
Wall = 3
Shuttle = 10
Total score of 144, Rx’d, 170lbs on the sled.
Then after class I did Power Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 sets across at 95#. Felt good.
