was a decent wod and perfect for the way my body was feeling. Ring rows hurt a lot after about 15.
OMG Wall Balls are not my strength at all. But by the end I was doing good on the ring rows. The other guys killed me on the Ring Row/wall balls. I finished last out of four. But I was impressed with how high I could go on the hang snatch.

Bought a blue t-shirt and loved the fact I could sign up 90 minutes b/f class. If only I could get off my couch now to transfer my tomato plants that are now growing like crazy over my broccoli in my garden, but I fear that it is TMI.
