Work = 10 @105
Front Squats

Work = (5 sets of 3) 15 @75
OH Squats
WU = 35×3, 45×3
400m run = 2:12
Work = 10 @35, 5 @40, 5 @45*
* When I was warming up the OH Squats, I felt a tweak in my left shoulder so I pulled back the weight. After I got back from my run and did the first set of 5, it felt fine; so I increased my weight after that. Coulda done all 20 at 45#, I think.

Did the whole thing for time, and I did it all Rx’d except the OHS, which I scaled down to 115#. So heavy!

Total: 37:40. When it was all said and done, I wished I had gone Rx’d on the OHS too, but there’s always next time. 🙂 Great job today, everyone! This was no easy WOD!!!

400m run –> 1:26 15 Front Sqts @ 165# (these were very tough after the back squats)
400m run –> 1:25 (this was the first time I actually saw the mark on the road before I had passed it) 20 OH Sqt @ 115# (could have gone heavier, but I failed my first attempt at 135# because of the volume of squats… should have reset and tried again)
Total = 40:00 (almost 20 minutes on the front squats, shy of 8 minutes for the back squats, and the rest of the time for the OH SQTs and runs…)

It would’ve been faster if I didn’t bounce the OHS bar off my head when trying to put it down. That’s probably why I seemed a little cranky after the WOD.
