B- 5 Minutes WU Power Snatch + Partner WOD 1 (6/28/14)= 3 RFT of: 21 BallSlam (20/15)/15 Lateral Bar Burpee/ 9 Power Snatch (95/65) – 20 Minute Cap
Notes: In teams of 2 with only one partner working at a time/Athletes will alternate movements for three rounds/Score= Total time for both athletes to complete all reps and rounds.
C- Partner WOD 2 (6/28/14)= 10 Minute AMRAP of: 10 GHD Sit Up/20 USA K.B. Swing (2/1.5 Pood)
Notes: In teams of 2 with only 1 partner working at a time/Partners will alternate rounds/Scale GHD Sit Up with 20 Ab Mat Sit Ups/Scale K.B. Swing with a challenging but manageable weight/Score= Total # of rounds completed in 10 Minutes
