20 minute Mary. 5 rounds and missed 6th round by 3 pull ups. used an abmat to limit ROM for the HSPU and held a ring to help with pistols . It is good, No it is GREAT to be back at the box. Good luck JACINTO.

Split Snatch – 3/3/3/3 (Max Effort/20 minute Cap) – 3@65 3@85 1@105 (PR) 3@ 95. Haven’t done these in awhile – I hit 95 lbs back in Feb, I probably could do more but being a slacker the last 2 weeks didn’t help.
