My 7am client was a no-show today, so I was able to WOD a little earlier today! Tried some thrusters, but anything more than the bar was giving me trouble. So I did a WOD that I’ve been wanting to do for a while now.
10 min AMRAP of hang power cleans @ 135#

Gets heavy fast! And this is the first WOD I’ve done in a while where I didn’t have coffee first. Anyway, I’m hoping to get a little more sweat in today, but I have to take my sweet kitty to the vet this morning, so we’ll see.

Almost killed me! Didn’t realize until after that it’s 5000m of total rowing. Whew! Glad that’s done. I’m running a 4-mile race in Central Park tomorrow morning with Marleah, so we’ll see how I’ve progressed so far. I’m going to TRY and keep to 7:30 miles, which would finish me up at 30:00 exactly. Let’s see! CROSSFIT!!!!
