Argh, I’m gonna miss this! I may have to swing by the box tomorrow after my 4M run in central park. We’ll see… Otherwise I’ll have to fit it in another day! I love the Filthy Fifty!!!!!!

Done with my four miler in central park this morning! Goal time was 30:00, which would have been 7:30 miles. Instead, I rock a 28:57 finish!! This CrossFit stuff rocks. 7:14 miles! My goal of a sub-20 min 5km is in my sights! Good luck on the Filthy Fifty today, everyone!

24:51 for the filthy fifty. A PR by something like 8 or 10 minutes for me. Super psyched. Good to see everyone pushing hard today to finish. It is good to have a WOD that makes you regret life, because when you are done you feel like you have accomplished something. It just is a little weird when you walk up to complete strangers and tell them you did this crazy workout and you almost died, but you didn’t. They look at you weird… jerks.
