145-155-165-175-185 (PR for three). Busted through the cleans in 15 minutes total, would have liked to take my time, but was running out of time before class. Still happy to hit 185# for three. 205, here I come… 🙂
I figured 2400 meters would be just shy of 1.5 miles. so ran half mile then did 1/4 miles on the backward run. 13:40 on the run. Missed the box this am I can’twait to see the new bars. I think I had my math about right on the meters to miles
Well I had the pleasure of attending a 6pm class which was led by our NEW coach Tom. I must say he did a pretty good job! He was very professional and every athlete got feedback, whether it was to work on form or run faster or making sure everyone stretches after the wod in good Tom fashion. Hopefully this behavior will last lol and let’s get that bio up. Good job Tom! 😉
I thought I rocked the house at 5pm, and then EVERYBODY in the 6PM beat my time by, like, full minutes. Now, I’ve been crying for hours, I’m drunk beyond reason, I’m holding a gun, I have people hostage. All these things are just listed are false, but Coach Tom helped me work on my kip which is going to greatly aid in my pull ups, although my power cleans got continual “no reps” from Coach, I will continue to work on because Croatians never GIVE UP! checked the garmin last night because I thought my time was better, 12:23 on the Griff. running backwards feels great on the quads
