Row 1K @ 24SPM- 4:12- felt like sunday stroll I wsn’t pulling hard enough
Front Squat – 3/3/3 @ 80% 1rm; 90 seconds rest- 135, 165, 185
Hang Clean – 3/3/3 @ 80% 1rm; 90 seconds rest 135/135/135/ 1 rep 145
Chest Bar Pull Up – 20/20/20 – about 8-9 minutes I felt pretty good on these pull ups. I got a maximum of 12 unbroken to start the first set. that made me happy.
3 rounds of: max effort HSPU; 60 seconds rest– i tried doing this with my back to the wall with a full range of motion. and I was able to get 3- 2 – 1 . I want to work on freestanding handstand and work on the balance and confidence to do a handstand, then work on the push ups I have a lot of work to do. I actually tried to kip during the last set and I ended up losing my balance. Shoulders were tired from the shrugs during the hanging cleans. I am starving. Looking forward to havign a few cocktails tonight at Brookvin.

Pullups – Totally brutal here, after doing 50 strict with those crazy grip things last night with tom, another 60 pretty much finished off my forearms and shoulders.
HSPU: 5-4-1
In my defense that last one was pretty near full ROM.
Looking forward to an evening of standing 6-12 ounce curls with you all tonight.

Up at 5am, at Bear Mountain by 7am, ran for two hours through rocky and hilly terrain, we figured around 8-10 miles, I’ve never done a trail run in my life, and kept up with my buddy who’s run trail marathons before.
In the car going up
Friend: “When we get to forks in the trail, I’ll wait for you so I don’t get too far ahead”
Me: Cool
1 hour into the run
Friend: “You can lead if you want to…”
