8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Wrist/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 5 Rounds of: 30:30 Jingle Jangles + 3 Rounds of: 30 Seconds Each Jumping Jacks/Mountain Climbers/Flutter Kicks
B- Brenton= 5 RFT of: 100′ Bear crawl/ 100′ Standing broad-jump
(Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps)

Notes: If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
C- EMOM for 12 Minutes: Even Minute 6 Ring Dip/Odd Minute 1 Rope Climb
*D- Diamond Push Up- 10/10/10/10 + Ring Row- 15/15/15/15
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.
