10 min AMRAP of: 5 Plyo Push Ups/3 DeadLift @275/1 Rope Climb- I did the dead lifts at 245. tht felt plenty heavy for me. I missed 8 rounds by not getting up the rope in time.

I didn’t get to the Get ups as I had to get to work. I still felt pretty spent affter the parts. I will do these get ups tonight with a barbell at hiome and report back
