D- 2 Rounds of: 1K Row; 1:1 Work to Rest Ratio.
*E- 40/40 GHD Hip Extension + 30/30 Tuck Up + 2 Rounds of Max Continuous Plank; 30 Seconds Rest Between Rounds.
