8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/OH/Thoracic Mobility
A- WU- 3 RNFT of: 10 Calorie Row/3 Wall Walk + Accumulate 30 Seconds German Hang – 6 Minute Cap
B- Jerk- 6 Minutes to 70% + 24 Jerks AFAP @70% -8 Minute Cap
C- Clean Grip Bench Press- 3 Minutes to 55% (5% more weight than 8/21/14) + 3 @ 55% Every 45 Seconds For 9 Rounds (approximately 6 minutes)
D- In 15 Minutes: 100 Double Unders + 3 RFT of: 4 Push Press (135/95)/8 Strict HSPU + In remainder of time (if any) AMRAP Burpees
Notes: Against a 15 Minute Running clock: 100 Double Under buy in/then 3 RFT/then in time remaining amrap burpees. Scale Weight on the Push Press as needed/Scale HSPU with Kipping band assisted or box assisted or limited ROM/For Double Unders scale to appropriate number or practice for 3 Minutes.
