5 Minutes of Hip/Calve/Back Mobility
1 Mile S.B. Run (35/20)
2012 CrossFit Games Clean Ladder (Modified)= 1 Clean Every 30 seconds; after each successful repetition add 10lbs to the bar. Continue in this fashion until you are no longer able to complete the Clean in 30 seconds. Then take the remainder of that 30 seconds to DeadLift the bar as many times as possible. 1 Pound will be added to Clean weight for every successful DeadLift. The Male and Female Athlete who moves the most weight wins. Beginning weight is 135lbs for Males and 95lbs for Females. (15 Minute Cap)

2012 CrossFit Games Clean Ladder (Modified) = 135/155/185/215 F (10 deadifts at 215) = total score 195. I wish the 215 would have been 200 – I feel like I could have gotten it! Next time.
Every 30 secs HBD for 5 min: The games thing wore me out more than I thought, so I switched around between 185, 155 and 125. Stuck with 125 at the end to try to nail down some form issues I’m having.
800M Farmers Carry (20kgx2/12kgx2) – Did this rx, but have no idea how long it took. I was nearly ready to hitchhike back. “room for improvement” for sure.

800 m farmers walk was less than pleasant. and took a long time .

Went through my o-lifting program. Week nine! I feel that much progress has been made.
Congrats to Alex today, for hitting a 215lb clean! And also to Robin, who shouldered the 75lb stone today! Two fantastic feats, you should all be proud.

hey friends, this is Eddie, the ex-bearded guy who screams when he lifts. As many of you know Im moving to Berlin for 2 years, I leave today. Today was fun and hard. Cramped till my eyes bleed during the mile. Got the 195 up and 8 Deadlifts. Should have got the 215 up, working on that. Travis 2.0 is a beast and muscled 225. Cramped till my eyes bled on the 800.
