I saw Kurt post this wod so I wanted to try it. the seven wod. I thought I could rx it but I aint that cool. scaled the thruster to 42.5 kilo (like 95 lbs) & the deadlift to 90 kilo (I dont know google the lbs). 7 rounds for time 7 each Hspu, thrusters, k2e, deadlift, burpees, kbs 2 pood, pull ups. 36:55! I’m just happy I finished. A german friend started with me but quit in the middle. I understand crossfit calls this a hero wod. I beat the german. One could say I’m a hero now. one could say a lot of terrible things but one could also use the delete button & not piss anyone off. one could say I’m a hero to the kids who read this blog because I used the delete button. So yeah Im a hero. I wanted to quit in round 7 & especially since the other dude quit it was in my head but Coach Iz aint raise no fool, I kept thinking about my 718ers & I knew quitting was no option.
I’m f-ing psyched right now!!
I will see yous in the xfit european games!!! (probably not though, just saying)
